Sometimes the research just proves what ya know. Ya know? Researchers at the University of Texas-Arlington share with us that household toys and furniture can be keys to a child’s motor skill development.
For example, the space between a sofa and a coffee table may be the space that the child first wants to cross. A toy may be one that a child wants to walk toward to enjoy.
Baby Builders was created with such a mindset. Baby Builders teaches parents how to use basic furniture and simple toys at home to help build motor skill development.
Baby Builder founder, Jenna Zervas, MSPT, shares, “You don’t need a lot of specialized tools to help your child develop. Our program helps families use toys and existing furniture they have to build a great foundation through motor skill strength.”
